A pre-filled F24
IMU and tax on rent (cedolare secca or IRPEF): the app does the maths, fills in the official Agenzia delle Entrate form with your details and creates the PDF. Just pay it at the bank, the post office or through online banking.
Brazilian taxes too
For Brazilian tax residents, the Brazilian income tax return and the monthly carnê-leão on rent are added to the calendar.
How much does your property really earn?
Mark the rent as received, attach receipts for what you paid, and the app does the sums: the year's rent, costs, the 21% cedolare secca and what's left. If the tenant is five days late, you'll know.
It also shows what the property is worth today, based on listings and the comune's official values, using data from the Brasilità Price Observatory.

IMU in June and December, cedolare secca or IRPEF in June and November: the app calculates from the rendita catastale and your comune's rate, or from the rent you recorded, and fills in the Agenzia delle Entrate F24 with your codice fiscale, tax codes and amounts.
You check it, change anything you like and create the PDF. Then pay through Italian online banking, at a bank or post office counter, or send it to your accountant. No more deciphering tax codes.
