Alongside the management, you follow your property in the Brasilità app, for free: due dates, rent received and what's left at the end of the year. The app is in Portuguese.

Do I need to be in Italy?
No. Our team handles viewings, the inspection and contact with the tenant. You follow and approve each step on WhatsApp and in the app.
Can I hire you just to find a tenant?
Yes. The Setup covers choosing the tenant, the lease, registration and handing over the keys. Monthly management is optional.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the property and what you hire. Once we know your case, we send a proposal with the price of each module, before any commitment.
What if the tenant doesn't pay?
We follow the payment every month and actively chase it when it's late. We don't promise guaranteed rent: no serious property manager does.
Does the property need to be ready to rent?
Not necessarily. Tell us how it is today and we'll say what's worth fixing before listing it.
